He was predeceased by: his father Carrol L Smith. He is survived by: his mother Ramona Smith (Billiot); his siblings, Suzanne Elliott (Peter), John D. and Charles M. (Jill); and his nieces and nephews, Shane, Kevin, Lara, Michael, Scott, Summer and Lincoln. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
