He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Milone and Rae Milone (Longo); his wife Sophia M. Milone (Schad); his children, Louis Milone, Jr. and Linda Spaeth; and his sisters, Gloria Formica, Conchetta Gassman and Marie Evans.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Milone (Susan) and Jack Milone (Melissa); and his daughter-in-law Sandi Milone. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
