He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Haley; and his brother Robert L. Haley Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Velma Haley; and his siblings, Avis, Eugene, Chris and Doug. He is also survived by siblings, aunts, uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, children, and grandchildren.
