She is survived by: her husband Todd; her daughters, Natalie Mae, Kelly Mae and Marley Mae; her parents, Lisa Weiss and Brian Weiss; her sisters, Kristie Weiss and Amy McDermott (Colin); her brother-in-law Jason (Alyse); her nephews, Cameron, Jordan, Jack and Brian; and her mother-in-law Phyllis Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Katie's memory to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
