He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie; his parents, Frank and Rose; and his siblings, Frank, Jr. and Helen Rando.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon and Dawn; his grandchildren, Shane, Dustin, Courtney and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Tully, Rinoa and Avery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Wilmington VA Medical Center 1601 Kirkwood Hwy Wilmington, DE 19805.
