He is survived by: his wife Barbara L Latva; his daughter Beth Anna Polyak (Matthew); his grandson Ian; his stepdaughter Dottie Petroll; his granddaughters, KayLea Ford and Justine Ford; and his great grandchildren, Valentina and Luis, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
