He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth A. Ruggeri. He is survived by: his father John F. Guzejko, Sr. (Colleen); his daughter Hanna Thulin-Guzekjo; the mother of his child Mari Thulin; and his siblings, Lindsay Hunnicutt (Patton), Ryan Minarovic (Troy) and Edward Ruggeri (Lauren). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
