He was predeceased by: his wife Delia. He is survived by: his children, Manuel, Wilfredo, Eduardo, William, Lourdes Perez (Moz) and Carmen Perez; his stepchildren, Aida Hines (Ken) and Freddy A. Justiniano (Maria); and his stepgrandson Brandon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
