He was predeceased by: his father Erich Guetzlaff, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Nicole Kelly (Paul) of Mantua, N. J. and Erich Guetzlaff III of Northfield, N. J.; his mother Marie Guetzlaff; and his siblings, Lynn Yacyk (Nick) and David Guetzlaff (Patricia) of Schnecksville, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
