She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel N. Lezzi; and her parents, Joseph Coluciello and Lena Coluciello (Santora). She is survived by: her children, Samuel N. Lezzi (Barbara Ann Nugent) and Linda R. Stote-Serber (William R.); her grandchildren, Jason Stote, Ryan Stote, Nicole Scullion and Courtney Conti; her great grandchildren, Zoe Stote, Shane Scullion and Ella Conti; and her great great grandchild Madeline Festa.
