She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosetta "Missy" Grant and Earl Grant Sr.; her brother Teddy; and her grandmother Lillian. She is survived by: her brother Earl Jr. (Kim); her daughter Jo Ann Byrd (Oscar); her grandchildren, Nicole, Anthony (Jon'Ta) and Jillian; her great grandchildren, Kameesha (Quason), Harry, Anthony Jr., Shaquan, Ja'Naad, Za'Qim, Jabril and Nia; her great great grandchildren, Qua'Lee and Khazarrah; and also, Louise Bishop and Michael McCants.
