He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Lewis and Madge Lewis (Goodchild); and his brother Glynn Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis (Doughty); his children, Kimberly Stapleton (Bob), Madge Lewis, Angie Creamer (Chris), Ruth Robinson and Glen Lewis; and his siblings, Guy Lauer, John Lauer (Grace), Yvonne Lauer, Sarah Thompson and Missy Bickerstaff. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
