She was predeceased by: her son David Daniel Bowen III; her parents, LaVern Sutley and Florence Sutley; and her brothers, Edward and Gary Sutley.
She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Melissa East (Drew); her grandsons, Tristan, Liam and Jaxson; her siblings, Vern Sutley (Marion), Sis Roe (Dan) and Maryann Sutley; her mother-in-law Jane Bowen; her cousins, Ann Irwin and Frances Italiano; and her nieces, Ashley Biscardi and Amber Luderitz. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
