He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew McElroy and Gladys McElroy; his siblings, Dolores Curry of Linwood and James McElroy of Northfield; his wife Catherine Lodovico of Atlantic City; his children, Dr. Andrew F McElroy III (Lili), Carol Savio (Jim), Maryann McElroy and Michael J. McElroy (Susan); and his grandchildren, Samantha O'Brien RN (Shaun), James M. Savio, Dr. Andrew F. McElroy IV, Dr. Travis McElroy, Megan Conover (Dylan) and Molly Kinghorn.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the charity of your choice.
