He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Matthews; and his children, Kathleen Sheahan and P. Michael Matthews. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Frick (Joseph), Theresa Morales (Ed), James Matthews (Rose) and Robert Matthews (Michele). He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren.
