He is survived by: his wife Christina Smith; his children, Gianna Smith and Justin Smith, Jr.; his stepsons, Matthew Hernandez and Christian Hernandez; his parents, Francine Smith and Dennis Peacock; and his siblings, Josh Smith, Jacob Rinier, Jessica Smith, Rebecca Smith and Karen Bucca-Lee.
