He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester and Sophia; and his brother Sylvester. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kowalski; his children, Deborah Ford (late Douglas), Jeffrey Kowalski (Denise) and Karen Scarcia (Frank); his grandchildren, Amanda, Vincent (Haley), Kyle, Danielle and Joseph; his great grandchild Camryn; his brothers, Ronald Kowalski, Vincent and John; and his sister-in-law Joann Barnes (Lou). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
