He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Neill and Ina Neill; and his brother Billy Neill. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Ina Sharkey Linda Neill and John Howard Neill Jr.; his grandchildren, Krystal Saffold (Aaron Saffold), Elijah Alarcon, Danielle Sharkey, Emma Neill and Kristen Neill; his great grandchildren, Kade Saffold and Korbin Saffold; and his brother Albert Neill of Ocean City, NJ..
