It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard H Palmer (North Wildwood, New Jersey), who passed away on March 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. and Hannah Palmer; and his grandson Tony Sees (Alice Austin). He is survived by: his children, Richard (Debi), Kathleen Del Conte (David), Deborah Evangelista (Paul) and Terri Poulopoulos (George); and his siblings, Marylou Stump, Mayhugh Tees, Brenda Wiggs, Tom Palmer and Bill Palmer.
