Gordon T. Jones III Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2024, Gordon T. Jones III (North Wildwood, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Gordon farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gordon is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Jones (G. T.) and Betty Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joey; his daughter Nova Kane (BJ); his grandchildren, Vanessa and Fiona Kane; and his siblings, Billy Jones (Sherri), Trudy Truss and Benny Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home (1201 Central Ave, North Wildwood, NJ 08260). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.

Gordon immediately immersed himself into charity and volunteer work through the Greater Wildwood Elks Lodge #1896.
