He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hugh "Frank" and Catherine Gallagher; and his siblings, John, Cecilia, Patricia, Kathleen, James and Daniel.
He is survived by: his children, Alisha Bielecki (Walter) and Frank Jr. (Jaclyn); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Gavin and Athena; and his siblings, Eileen Dwyer (Vince "Bud"), Mary Kaye Ellis (David), Gerry and Joseph. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
