He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kwiatkowski and Jennie Kwiatkowski; his wife Mary; and his brother Anthony Kwiatkowski. He is survived by: his children, Karen and Richard (Christina); and his pet Molly. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 17 great -grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
