She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moonen and Ann Marie Moonen; and her brother Bob Moonen. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Osborn; her children, Kimberly Osborn and Daniel Osborn; her daughter-in-law Dr. Jenava Carty; her son Charles Osborn; and her siblings, Rick, Tony, Chuck, Patty and Karen. She is also survived by five nieces and 22 nephews.
