He is survived by: his wife Ann Melchiorre; his children, Michael Melchiorre, Julia Mills (Michael) and Amanda Zettle (Todd); his grandchildren, Mia, Arlo, Calliope, Wyeth and Audrey; and his brothers, Thomas Melchiorre and Brian Melchiorre.
