She is survived by: her husband Nelson Puentes; her children, Horacio Puentes (Ella Zúñiga), Mariluz Torres (Juan Manuel Torres) and Pilar Puentes (Enrique Andahur); her grandchildren, Claudia, Nelson, Alejandro, Daniel, Abdon and Gabriela; and her great grandchildren, Rafael, Tomas, Matias, Eliana, Leonardo and Lucio. She is also survived by many loving family members in Chile and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (41 Manning Ave, North Plainfield, NJ 07060).
