It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean C. Ciampa of North Plainfield, New Jersey, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Campolattano and Marion Campolattano; her daughter Julie Farnoly; and her sisters, Dorothy Giannotti and Jo Ann Dellaperute.

She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Ciampa; her children, Christine Ciampa and Joseph P. Ciampa (Jennifer); her son-in-law Matthew Farnoly; her grandchildren, Kelly Pluymers, Megan Detwiler (Ethan), Samantha Pluymers, Andrew Ciampa and Benjamin Ciampa; her great grandchild Desmond; and her sister Vivian O'Neil. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (34 Yorktown Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, reflecting Jean's compassionate spirit and her lifelong dedication to helping others.
