He is survived by: his spouse Shouqi Liu; his children, Zhuoying Xu (Jun Yan) and Xiaoling Xu (Chengjun Deng); his grandsons, Leo Yan, Jason Yan and David Deng; and his siblings, Fengqin Xu, Fendru Xu and Fengrui Xu.
