He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haymaker and Marjorie Haymaker; and his siblings-in-law, Martin, Marcia Brody and Rabbi Seth Brody.

He is survived by: his wife Dr. Stephanie Haymaker; and his brothers, Michael (Jeannine) and Jim.
