She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Hoffman and Andrew Hoffman; her siblings, Edward Sullivan and Doris Chabak; and her nephew David Chabak.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen Sullivan; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Chabak, Joanne Marquis, Peter Sullivan (Catherine Michael Sullivan), Mark Sullivan (Laura), Patricia Dillion (William), Nancy Sullivan and Marianne Sullivan (Debbie). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cherished friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Barbara's loving name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
