He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Nellie; and his brother Hubert Dyk. He is survived by: his daughters, Marianne (Doug Bushoven) of North Haledon and Bethanne (Scott Tanis) of North Haledon; his grandchildren, Bryan Bushoven (Katelyn), Steve Bushoven, Heather DeSiervo (Joseph), Matthew Bushoven (Monica), Holly Tanis and Rachael Zeug (Derek); his great grandchildren, Joey and Zachary; and his wife Sue Ann.
