She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cioffi and Concetta Cioffi; her husband John Costa; and her brother Joe Cioffi. She is survived by: her children, Theodore, Ralph (Nancy), Nina (Dom) and Chi Wei Cheng; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Meghan, Vanessa, Joey, Andrew, Kelsey, Emily, Chris, Nicole, Marc, Jenny and Ed; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Mackenzie, Colton, Caleb, Morgan, Wyatt, Cody, Carson and Cameron; and also Barbara.
