He is survived by: his wife Carole Havlin; his children, Lynda Dean (Brian), Rob Havlin (Cathie) and Scott Havlin; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Dean, Lynsey Giordano (Nick), David Havlin and Paula Havlin. He is also survived by friends and golfing with his sons and grandchildren.
