He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bastian Grouw and Jeanette Van Grouw; his wife Gerda Van Grouw (DenHollander); his child Bastian Van (Bob); and his sister Barbara Tanis (William) of Wayne. He was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren and many nephews and great nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Netherlands Reformed Christian School, 164 Jacksonville Road, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 would be greatly appreciated.
