He was predeceased by: his sons, Charles Joseph Doyle, Jr. (Marina) of Sparta and Michael Thomas Doyle of North Haledon; and his brother Alexander Victor Doyle, Jr. (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Concetta "Connie"; and his grandchildren, Charles Joseph Doyle, III, Tiernan Doyle and Aiden Doyle.
