He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura Lynn; and his brother Sam Boonstra. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne (Hulsebos); his children, Glenn (Jill), Dave (Sue), Jack (Linda), Mark (Michele) and Gregg (Jeni); his grandchildren, Eric, Steffanie (Andrew), Chad, Matt, Amanda, Luke, Tim, Jon, Leah, Ben, Cole, Molly, Samantha, Jesse, Bridgett and Maiya; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Torii, Shane and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Natalie and Steffen; and his siblings, Hank Boonstra, Josephine Bosloper and Dorothy Lodema.
