He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his siblings, Pamela (Joseph), Bonny (Jay), Ellen (Douglas), Timothy (Jill) and Patrick (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
