He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Kosek; his brother Richard Kopakowski; and his parents, Thomas Kopakowski and Dorothy Kopakowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Claire, Billy, Jeanne, Dottie, Mary and Peggy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
