She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Matthews and Elizabeth Matthews (Slackway); and her sister Diane Brown (David Brown). She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa and Kayla; her siblings, Allen (Linda) and Linda (Bob); her nieces and nephews, Michael, Donny (Kristen), Emmalee, Amy and Ashlie; her great-nephew Braydon; and her great-nieces, Olivia and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers contributions could be made to the Matthews family to help defray expenses.
