With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Matarazzo (North Caldwell, New Jersey), who passed away on July 17, 2019 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Matarazzo to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantino "Joe" and Margaret Matarazzo; his sister Dolores "Dolly" Paulison; and his pet Nugget. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie M.; his children, James R. Matarazzo, Jr., Kim Matarazzo Conlon (Ed) and Coreen "Cory" Matarazzo-Blaine (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Juliana, Gabriela, Gemma Rose and Sheldon, Jr.; his brother Robert "Matty" Matarazzo (Laura); and his pet Scooby.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Toni's Kitchen, c/o St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 73 S. Fullerton Ave., Montclair, N.J. 07042, tk.slechurch.org, or Missionaries of Charity, 168 Sussex Ave., Newark, NJ 07103.

“To the family of james matarrazo, my husband and i extend our deepest sympathy . As residents of ramsey we had the pleasure and honor to meet jim every weekend at the ramsey farmer market. We feel very blessed to have known him. He would greet us every week at your farm stand with a great big smile and talk life, and produce with us! Although we did not know him outside of the market his sincere, humble, personality showed always. He would made my week with a bouquet of flowers. Rest peacefully”
