He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Spry and Edith Spry. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta of North Caldwell; his children, Jim (Carol) of Essex, Steve of North Caldwell, Scott (Shauna) of Ft. Collins and Kristin Gann (Michael) of North Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Gregory, Zachary, Jacob, Ali, Ava and Avery.
He served on the Board of the West Essex Chamber of Commerce, was President of the Deluxe Foundation for many years and was an Industrial Co-Chairman of the United Way of North Essex.
