He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mikula and Joan E. Mikula; and his brother Nicholas Mikula, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Dennis Mikula, Jr. (Diana) and Ryan Mikula; his grandchildren, Lucy Mikula, Ryan and Jeremy Mikula; his brother Andrew Mikula (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Cornelia Mikula. He is also survived by extended family and many wonderful friends.
