He was predeceased by: his wife Solveig Salvesen; and his siblings, Per Salvesen, Tordis Hennie and Daniel Salvesen. He is survived by: his son Steve Salvesen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Calvary Evangelical Free Church.
