He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw Wilk and Stanislawa Wilk (Witt); and his brother Henryk. He is survived by: his wife Janina Wilk (Pawlow); his children, Bogumil and Anna; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Natalia, Daniel, Monica and Kathy; and his siblings, Bogdan and Bogumila Koczaj.
