Kotter of North Brunswick, New Jersey, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Florence; his parents, Esther Kotter and Thomas Kotter; and his brother Frederick. He is survived by: his children, Fran (Larry Parillo), Esther (Frank Vitelli), Tom (Anita Kotter) and Sandra (John Strickik); his sister Joan Karnowski of Manchester; his grandchildren, Michel, Larry Jr. (Danielle), Jessica (Michael-John), Frank (Jackie), Lia (Chase), Michael (Marcos), Felicia and Alessondra; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Timothy, Dominick of Lawrence Thomas, Luke, Josslyn, Elodie, Nathaniel, Cecelia, Gia, Noel, Laila, Maximus and Flynn.
