He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Hlutkowsky and Luba Hlutkowsky; and his father-in-law George Telliho. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Telliho; his children, Christina and Oriana Hlutkowsky (Chris Alesius); his sisters, Sonya Hlutkowsky Soutus (Anibal Soutus), Linda and Diane Telliho; his niece Romana Soutus; and his mother-in-law Lillian Telliho. He is also survived by his family and friends.
