He was predeceased by: his grandson Ryan Youngman; and his brother Thomas Kolesar. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Youngman (Stephen) of North Brunswick, Robert L. Kolesar, Jr. (Cathy) of North Brunswick and Anne-Marie O'Shea (Thomas) of Hilliard, OH; his grandchildren, Bryan (Katie), Kevin (Kae), Bridget, Kelli, Kristen, Mary-Kate (Paul), Sean, Colleen, Robert III, Tim (Anne) and Tara; his great grandchildren, Carly, Andrew, Noah, Evan O'Shea, Jake and Addison Gilbert; his brother William Kolesar of Monmouth Jct; and his brother-in-law John Joyce of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
