He is survived by: his former wife Jean D'Amico (DeStefano); his wife Pierrette Dejean of Staten Island, NY; his sons, Steven D'Amico (Dorothy) of Helmetta and Randy D'Amico; his husband Salvatore LaSpada of New York City, NY; his siblings, Lillian Scianna of Deer Park, LI and Angelo D'Amico of Brandon, FL; his grandchild Susan Finamore; his fiancée Brian Fernandes; his great grandchildren, John, Christian, Sean, Nico and Natalie; and his great great grandchild Jayden. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
