She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale D'Innocenzi and Rose D'Innocenzi; her husband Victor; and her siblings, Angela Ferrara, John and Thomas D'Innocenzi.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Phillipuk (Malissa Medina), Mary Phillipuk (James Christy) and Caroline Phillipuk (Kristoffer Reiss); and her grandchildren, Jimmy, Phillip, Ero and Tallulah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
