In loving memory of Ines Mencel of North Brunswick, New Jersey, who departed this world on October 27, 2024 at the age of 97. Ines leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Mencel; and her siblings, Guido, Demetrio, Luciana and Giovanna.

She is survived by: her caregivers, Rose, Christopher Sebold of North Brunswick, Arlene, Robert Haussermann of Virginia, Nancy and Michael Jenkins of New York; her granddaughter Kathryn Jenkins Cooke (Ryan) of New York; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Alexa and James. She is also survived by her three daughters and husbands.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 9:15 AM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick (555 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902).
