He was predeceased by: his brother William T. Morgan, III; and his son-in-law Todd Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his son Russell E.; his daughter-in-law Anne Morgan; his daughter Donna M. Snyder; his grandson Brian T. Snyder; and his sister Dorothy Picard.
